YES Clubs, which stands for Youth Entrepreneurship and Savings Clubs, is a comprehensive program aimed at developing important life skills in children and teenagers. The program is structured around regular weekly meetings led by trained local facilitators, who are responsible for guiding the group's learning and development. The program has two main components: production and training.

The production component involves meeting three times a month to work on the production of candies or other goods, which they sell in their local communities under the supervision of their parents. These meetings are filled with fun and laughter as the students get to pick the design and style of what they want to sell. They also learn crucial skills in food handling safety and quality control practices.

The training component involves monthly training modules that teach the children about various aspects of entrepreneurship, financial management, and business development themes. The modules are developed by the IHF’s staff and include a strong focus on character and behavioral development. The students are then able to put into practice what they’ve learned throughout the remainder of the program, reinforcing the lessons.

Investing Hope Foundation seeks to build and strengthen the work of other community-based organizations by adding a layer of financial education and entrepreneurship onto their current mission. The program provides priority to groups that are already working within a community that do not have a component of financial management and entrepreneurship.

The YES Club program offers children the opportunity to develop practical and theoretical skills that will help them succeed in their future endeavors. By providing training in savings, sales, and entrepreneurship, the program equips children with the knowledge they need to start and run their own businesses in the future. This combination of practical and theoretical training helps to prepare children for a successful future in business and life.

However, we are not just interested in creating more skilled workers who know how to accumulate assets. We believe in helping young people cultivate integrity and identity by prioritizing the development of a strong moral character based on faith based principles. We believe helping children and youth find confidence as a beloved child of God while simultaneously teaching critical thinking, empathy, integrity and honesty will develop the type of citizens and leaders needed for the future.
