Liliana is a finance professional, accountant, and specialist in International Accounting Standards. She has extensive experience in Human Talent Management and auditing processes, demonstrating her ability to lead and coordinate successful projects in these areas. Liliana's expertise in finance and accounting has allowed her to manage resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring that organizations meet their financial goals while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Santi is our designer. He studied Product Design. He has more than 4 years of experience in branding, new product development and has his own business. He is responsible for bringing esthetic quality to everything we do. He is passionate about Jesus and serves teens and children at his local church.

Adriana, Commercial Director and New Product Development Specialist, is an Industrial Designer with a specialization in Market Management. She was the Founder and Director of the Imaginación Foundation for more than 15 years, where she was recognized nationally and internationally for her work in productive projects for young ex-combatants and war victims, receiving several awards for her contribution to peace in Colombia. Adriana has been a volunteer at the YoungLife Colombia Foundation since 2018 and joined the IHF team in 2021.

Benedic Moreno is an experienced professional in business administration and human talent management with a successful career in non-profit organizations and project management. As the Director of Programs at the Investing Hope Foundation, she leads and supports the savings and entrepreneurship process for different groups, demonstrating her ability to direct and develop successful programs.
